What are Hernia Complications? How to deal with them?

A hernia occurs when an organ or tissue of your intestine pushes itself out through a layer of muscles within your abdomen. Hernia problems are very common and in research, it is seen around 1 in 10 people suffer from hernia at some point n life. The most common hernia includes the intestinal wall and a bulge can be felt under your skin where your intestine or other tissue pushes out the weakened muscle. In some cases, even a minor hernia can cause discomfort or pain, especially when stretching your body during physical exercise or lifting a heavy object, or in some cases, while having a difficult bowel movement.     Most hernias are reducible but they are some irreducible hernias too also called incarcerated hernias.
